The Puro-F series product is a chemical filter suitable for FFU. It provides excellent removal efficiency of AMC, which controls the clean indoor air, thereby helping to improve and enhance the yield of products.
It can be matched with chemical filter media of different formulations to achieve the effect of removing AMC (SEMI F21-1102 gaseous pollutants classification).
